Job Description: Admin Assistant – Procurement
Looking for a new challenge with the opportunity of development and career progression? We have an excellent opportunity for someone with general administration experience looking to take the next step.
We are seeking someone who will be able to provide admin support to our newly formed Procurement Team, including keeping paper and electronic records up to date, assisting with correspondence, minute-taking and being the first point of contact for enquiries.
Essential qualities required for this post are excellent communication and organisational skills, a good understanding of IT packages and good reporting skills. Also required is a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar office environment.
