Job Description: Administrative Assistant

We have two interesting and varied roles which have arisen for self motivated and organised people with excellent communication and administrative skills to provide services to residents, service users and staff.
Working in our Asset Management department within Head Office you will carry out a wide range of administrative support and clerical tasks. With a high level of interpersonal skills you will communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with persons at all levels. You will have competent skills in note taking and report writing.
We will consider applicants with a working knowledge of Microsoft or equivalent standard applications and corporate databases.
