Job Description: Administrative Assistant (Customer Engagement)

The Administrative Assistant (Customer Engagement) will play an important role in ensuring that we implement our ambitious customer engagement strategy. Providing support for customer engagement activities, from providing support to the tenant Scrutiny Panel to supporting the work of the volunteer programme, you will liaise with managers and customers across Scotland.
We are looking for a friendly, organised person whose excellent communication skills mean they will form positive working relationships with our customers, managers and external partners. Skilled in all areas of office administration, you will be able to prioritise a busy workload and work on your own initiative.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator wishing to put their skills to use in a varied and dynamic role that will make a real difference to the service our customers receive.
We offer excellent terms and conditions, including flexi leave, 32 days annual leave (rising to 37) and a choice of two pensions. Hours of work are Monday to Friday but there is a requirement to work occasional evenings.
