Job Description: Admin Assistant

You will undertake a range of secretarial, organisational and administrative duties. In addition, you will have good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills; you will communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with persons at all levels. You will have competent skills in note taking and report writing, as well as the ability to achieve tight deadlines.
We will consider applicants with a working knowledge of Microsoft or equivalent standard applications and corporate databases. You will hold Standard Grade Level 3 or equivalent.
15 hours per week – times and dates are flexible.
This post is fixed term for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
