Job Description: Area Administrative Officer
***Please note that this is a fixed term secondment opportunity for a period of up to 1 year***
Based in our Edinburgh Office you will be a staff team member providing administrative support.
Your duties will include administration of allocations, nominations and termination procedures, monitoring rent and related accounts, property sales, updating records, and providing estate management advice to residents and housing applicants.
You will be competent in housing administration and in the use of IT. Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels, as well as with staff of external agencies, are essential for this role.
