Job Description: Building Services Officer
Our busy Asset Management team is responsible for maintaining our existing housing stock, as well as designing and building new developments.
We are pleased to be recruiting for a new Building Services Officer. This important role has responsibility for effectively maintaining all Building Services administration, ensuring that all aspects of electrical and mechanical installations and/or equipment are operated and maintained to the standard required by the Association and in conjunction with current Regulations.
You will have great attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines. You will manage our database and provide reports on current and future years’ programmes. Above all, you will be a great team player, able to form positive working relationships with colleagues across the country.
If you have three years’ experience in a similar role, a relevant qualification in a construction discipline and experience of drawing up tender specifications we would be pleased to hear from you.
