We are looking for skilled and experienced Support Workers to assist in the provision of care, support and housing management services. You will provide individual advice, practical assistance, direct personal care and emotional support to service users living in their own homes.
You will be a capable administrator with good IT skills and will ideally hold an SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification, or, be prepared to achieve this through training. This will enable you to meet the requirements of the SSSC. Registration opened on 2 October 2017.
This post involves shift work, including weekends, early, back and sleepover shifts (you’ll receive a payment of £33.20 for each sleepover shift).
