Job Description: Compliance Officer
As Compliance Officer you will be responsible for the management and administration of the Association’s Asset Management compliance and performance framework.
Reporting to the Building Services Manager the post manages the compliance programme, ensures adherence to relevant legislation, maintains compliance registers, ensures the required assessments are undertaken and checks that agreed standards are met to maintain legislative and regulatory compliance.
The post holder maintain record systems, ensuring they are always up to date and they are openly accessible to staff. You will ensure that date information is provided for services, inspections and assessments so that these always take place on time. You will provide contractor performance information, collate statistics and provide analysis.
Highly organised, you will have a thorough understanding of property compliance and build relationships with other departments internally and externally with contractors and external agencies. You will be customer focused and have the ability to collate and review statistical information and be able to conduct quality assurance checks.
You will also be a competent user of Microsoft standard applications and corporate property and financial databases.
