Contracts Manager – Repairs & Voids


This role leads the delivery of a high quality cost-effective repairs service to keep our properties well-maintained and ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations.

Your objective will be to apply contracts management experience and methodology in the management of our reactive repairs contracts, to reduce void times by robust performance management for all reactive repairs, focussing on quality, responsiveness, best value and intelligent business reporting.

We’ll need you to integrate these objectives internally with the wider Asset Management team to ensure high standards of service delivery to our customers. Experience in contract management and contract procurement would be advantageous.

This is a great opportunity for you to show excellent performance reporting, property management, business analysis and interpersonal skills matched with a commitment to great customer service.

We will in return provide an attractive rewards package, 34 (increasing to 39) days annual leave, flexi leave, a choice of two pensions and medical insurance. A car is provided for extensive travel and approved private use.
