Job Description: Contracts Manager, Repairs & Voids
This role leads delivery of high quality cost effective repairs to keep our properties well-maintained whilst maximising income by prompt re-letting of properties.
Your objective will be to apply contracts management experience and methodology in the management of our reactive repairs contracts, to reduce void times by robust performance management for all reactive repairs, focussing on quality, responsiveness, best value and intelligent business reporting.
We’ll need you to integrate these objectives internally with the wider Asset Management team to ensure high standards of service delivery to our customers. Experience in contract management and contract procurement would be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to show excellent performance reporting, property management, business analysis and interpersonal skills matched with a commitment to great customer service.
