Job Description: Customer Service Centre Administrator
As a leading not-for-profit provider of quality housing for older people, we want to make a positive difference to our customers’ lives.
Our innovative new Customer Service Centre is an exciting, 24-hour operation. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced administrator to join our expanding team to undertake a range of secretarial, organisational and administrative duties within the Centre. You will have good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the ability to achieve tight deadlines.
You will be educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent, and be confident and comfortable liaising and communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders from all levels. You’ll also be fully competent with Microsoft Office. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
