Job Description: Customer Services Assistant, Fixed Term until 31 March 2016
An opportunity has arisen for a self motivated person with excellent communication and administrative skills to provide services to residents, service users and staff in this interesting and varied role.
Working in our West Area Office you will receive and action enquiries from service users and staff, allocate work to the Association’s contractors, liaise to ensure prompt and effective action and monitor the completion of works to agreed targets. You will also administer complaints, inspections of vacant dwellings, process invoices and provide full administrative support for Area Office functions.
A competent user of Microsoft standard applications you will have the ability to understand and use corporate housing and financial databases and have good report writing and minute taking skills. With excellent interpersonal skills your customer focus will ensure high quality service delivery with the supportiveness and empathy our clients require.
