Victoria Court is situated in the Burnbank area of Hamilton. There are good local bus connections from just outside the development linking to nearby supermarkets and into the centre of Hamilton.

There are 22 flats in one building over two levels served by a lift. There are eight two-bedroom flats and 14 one-bedroom flats. All flats have a separate living room, bathroom and kitchenette. There is a resident’s lounge and a dining room that serves two meals daily with one at lunchtime and another in the evening.
