Baillie Court is located in the North Lanarkshire town of Motherwell just to the East of Glasgow, and close to the popular Strathclyde Country Park. The flats are split into two blocks; the main block has 26 flats split over three floors with a lift and is the site of the residents’ lounge. The other block contains eight properties spread over two floors. The residents’ lounge has its own small kitchen for communal use. The development also has a hobby space for use by residents.
The development has an active social scene, which residents are welcome (but definitely not expected) to take part in.
There is a Development Manager on site on all weekdays who helps with the general upkeep of the development and provides help to residents when required.
