Larchfield Neuk is a privately owned retirement housing development where Hanover provides the factoring service. Situated in the pretty village of Balerno, on the outskirts of Edinburgh, there are a range of high quality amenities located close by including regular transport into Scotland’s capital.  The development features 20 one-bed flats, 7 two-bed bungalows and 8 one-bed bungalows. The manager works five afternoons a week to help out in an emergency and to look after the day-to-day administration of the development.
