Job Description: Housing Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Officer that shares our values and can demonstrate first class management, communication and IT skills.
You’ll manage a group of Enhanced Housing developments, including line managing staff based on those developments, and ensure we deliver highly effective housing support and administration services. You’ll also manage housing applications and allocations, and be completely confident and comfortable liaising with residents and statutory agencies.
You will hold a relevant qualification suitable for registration with the SSSC (or be prepared to obtain this). You’ll also need a driving licence and be willing to obtain PVG Membership .
