Job Description: HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our busy Department to provide a comprehensive range of HR and related management services which meet organisational objectives and support the strategic business aims of the Association.
Providing HR support to our internal customers you will advise and assist managers on a wide range of employee relations and people management issues including absence and performance management, grievance and discipline. You will ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective recruitment service, advise on contractual and legislative issues, as well as review, develop and implement HR Policy and Procedures. With an ongoing organisational restructure you will also be expected to proactively support managers and staff throughout the change process.
Educated to degree level or equivalent you will have at least three years’ experience working at an HR advisory/ business partner level and hold graduate membership of the CIPD. With excellent communication skills you will also have current knowledge of employment law and skills in best practice application.
