Job Description: ICT Operations Supervisor
As a leading not-for-profit provider of quality housing for older people, we want to make a hugely positive difference to our customers’ lives.
We now have a new, exciting opportunity for a dynamic, engaging and experienced professional to run the ICT Operations team.
You will have a wide remit, from ensuring day to day operations run smoothly and effectively, managing the team that provides a first class ICT helpdesk for all ICT service-users, and ensuring, relevant training is delivered to staff.
It goes without saying that you’ll be able to clearly demonstrate your experience of successfully managing ICT teams with a focus on quality customer service. You will also have strong influencing, negotiating, motivational and communication skills, and you’ll be comfortable liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also be able to demonstrate a highly methodical approach to troubleshooting.
We’ll only consider candidates with a degree-level ICT qualification and sound experience of Microsoft software systems (SharePoint 2013, SQL server, Windows Server Operating systems, Remote Desktop Server and Hyper-V). You will also need a current, full and preferably clean driving license.
