Job Description: Operations Manager – Care

As a leading not-for-profit provider of quality housing for older people, we want to make a hugely positive difference to our customers’ lives. One of our key commitments is to exceed our customers’ expectations and to provide high quality, personalised services that enhances their quality of life.
This exciting new post is responsible for delivering excellent care to customers in our current and forthcoming services in Moray.
The post is jointly funded by Hanover and Health & Social Care Moray for two years and will be subject to review towards the end of the two year period.
This role will give you the chance to develop an innovative new business and manage staff teams committed to delivering great performance.
You’ll have sound customer relationship management skills, be able to deliver results on time within budget and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
With first class care and staff management skills, you’ll be fully conversant with regulatory requirements and an effective manager of care contracts.
Normal hours of work are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday inclusive, although flexibility will be required to meet business needs.
This post requires PVG Scheme membership (adults) as well as a current and preferably clean driving licence.
