As a leading not-for-profit provider of quality housing for older people, we want to make a hugely positive difference to our customers’ lives.
This exciting new post is responsible for providing excellent care to customers in our current and forthcoming services in Moray.
This role will give you the chance to develop an innovative new business and engage closely with staff teams committed to deliver great performance.
You’ll have sound customer relationship management skills, be able to deliver results on time within budget and competent at reviewing policies and practices to promote continuous improvement.
With first class care and staff management skills, you’ll be fully conversant with regulatory requirements and an effective manager of care contracts.
Normal hours of work are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday inclusive.
This post requires PVG Scheme membership (adults) as well as a current and preferably clean driving licence.
