Job Description: Receptionist
We are a leading not-for-profit provider of quality housing for older people, all across Scotland.
We are looking for a Receptionist for our head office who will help deliver a professional, corporate level reception service to all visitors to the Association. The post involves some administrative/clerical duties to support colleagues in the department and throughout the Association.
One year’s reception experience is essential. Previous experience of working in an administrative/clerical role would be desirable. We require someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and who has experience of working with computer software packages, including word processing and spreadsheets.
The post will, initially, be for 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday to cover for maternity leave. Thereafter, the post will revert to 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday on a permanent basis.
