Job Description: Repairs Supervisor
A new opportunity has arisen within the Customer Service Centre for a Repairs Supervisor to manage the delivery of a high quality reactive repairs service.
Reporting to the Customer Services Centre Manager, the role is responsible for the supervision of the repairs team, who are based at our three offices, ensuring delivery of key performance targets and managing service improvement.
A competent IT systems user, calls handler and team leader with the required interpersonal and management skills, you will manage the reactive repairs process including repairs, defects, voids and re-lets and ensure that Health and Safety requirements related to works are managed including contractors works and performance standards.
