Job Description: Service Coordinator
As a leading not-for-profit provider of quality housing for older people, we want to make a positive difference to our customers’ lives. We have an exciting new 7 day per week service beginning in Forres and have a range of opportunities for the right people to help us deliver this service. We now have an opportunity for the right person to manage our new development at Leask Road, Forres.
You’ll be a calm and highly efficient multitasker, but excellent customer service will be your top priority. You will be responsible in this new post for day to day management of care provision as well as existing housing support and general housing services.
A skilled care manager able to deliver an empathetic and excellent client focussed service, you will also have the team leadership qualities to ensure you and they reach these goals. It would be advantageous if you have housing knowledge, but not essential.
You will be fully conversant with Care Inspectorate protocols and hold a suitable nursing, social work or related qualification.
This post requires PVG scheme membership for adults as well as registration as a manager with the Scottish Social Services Council.
