Job Description: Sheltered Housing Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hanover Scotland Housing Association is now recruiting for the right person to work as part of a team to manage its sheltered housing development at Claycot Park, Ladywell Avenue, Edinburgh.
You will be a calm and highly efficient multitasker, but excellent customer service will be your top priority. Naturally, empathy with the needs of older people and excellent communication and organisation skills are a must.
You’ll focus on ensuring residents can live as independently as they wish in their own homes. You’ll be happy working closely and effectively with clients, relatives and external care delivery.
You will be a capable administrator with good IT skills and will ideally hold an SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification; or be prepared to achieve this through training whilst meeting the requirements of the SSSC within regulatory timescales.
