We now have an opportunity for the right person to manage our sheltered housing development at Glebe Court, Kingussie.
You’ll be a calm and highly efficient multitasker, but excellent customer service will be your top priority. You’ll have a range of responsibilities – including engaging with our customers, giving them advice and information around their tenancy and making sure they receive the right help from external agencies.
Naturally, empathy with the needs of older people and excellent communication and organisation skills (including IT) are a must. You’ll be dealing with a wide range of people; from residents and their families to contractors, local community groups and other agencies – and for many, you’ll be the face of Hanover.
You will be a capable administrator with good IT skills and will ideally hold an SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification, or, be prepared to achieve this through training. This will enable you to meet the requirements of the SSSC. Registration opened on 2 October 2017
