Job Description: Telecare Operator
Working in partnership with various agencies Hanover Telecare provides 24-hour emergency calls handling, enabling our customers to live independently through the assistance of Telecare technology. We are also responsible for delivering an emergency property repair response service to amenity and factored housing groups.
We have a vacancy for Operational Staff working predominantly out of our main office in Glasgow. You will be joining our well-established team who provide a recognised quality support service.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and excellent keyboard, IT and communication skills. This is an office based role in a busy control centre environment. You must be able to manage priorities and show initiative in responding to the needs of our customers. Self-organisation is essential to ensure you can apply calls handling standards efficiently, effectively and comfortably. Our training programme will help you to transfer your skills to meet the needs of our customers.
The Control Centre is a 365 day and night service. Shift, weekend and public holiday working is a requirement of the role.
