Hanover’s Customer Service Centre provides an emergency and repair calls service to over 45,000 customers across Scotland – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We rely on our dedicated team of skilled call responders to provide essential, and, occasionally, life-saving, assistance to our customers. Our staff make a difference every single day.
We are looking for people with:
• Good, general IT skills
• Good written language skills
• The ability to grasp complex procedures
• A calm yet decisive manner
• Excellent customer service skills
This could be a perfect role for you if you are:
• To provide essential cover on an ad hoc basis (dependent on your availability) from our central Glasgow or Edinburgh call centres
• To deal with repairs, door entrance issues, alarm checking, and more complex calls once trained
