About the Role

Our team of Contracts Officers manage repairs and planned maintenance projects for our customers’ properties, across Scotland. We are recruiting for a Graduate Apprentice – Contracts Officer. This role combines studying for a fully- funded degree from Edinburgh Napier University, whilst also learning on the job. The role will provide you with excellent work experience in the many elements of property management and housing whilst you study for a degree in Construction and the Built and Environment. This is a broad subject area and as you progress, you will choose to specialise in an area such as quantity surveying, building surveying, real estate surveying or architectural technology.  With an approximate split of 80/20, working and learning, you will be supported and paid to attend three, two-week sessions at Edinburgh Napier.


About You

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have some work experience in the housing or building sector, or have worked for a contractor to these sectors;
  • Be eligible for SAAS funding;
  • Be customer-focused and motivated by good customer service;
  • Have good IT skills;
  • Be able to work as part of a team;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
