If so, our Head of Governance and Transformation post will offer you the opportunity to join our Executive Leadership Team and, reporting directly to our Chief Executive, contribute to our overall business improvement and transformation strategy and delivery plan with prime responsibility for ensuring effective assurance and governance.
We are dedicated to delivering amazing homes and services to older people across the housing and care sector in Scotland. We have developed an exciting new Strategy setting out our vision for the next period of our development. You will lead a business-critical team to design and deliver a range of programmes with a flair for collaboration and eye for detail.

About the Role
This role is responsible to the Director of Business Support & Transformation and will be an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team. You will work closely with the Chief Executive as well as Directors and the Senior Management Team with collective responsibility to provide robust systems and frameworks to achieve continuous improvement and the delivery of strategic objectives.
This is a complex role requiring the skilful balancing of multiple work streams underpinned with strong leadership qualities including:
- A proactive contribution to organisational development and management of change
- Demonstrating a wide understanding of the housing association sector and the relative governance frameworks
- Leading a dedicated team to sculpt and support a culture of improvement, collaborative working and delivery of high-quality services
- Being an ambassador for effective performance management to ensure robust planning
