We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional and caring person to work as part of our exceptional team at Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association and manage our sheltered housing development at Strachan Mill Court, Aberdeen.
We believe in working SMART. This important role guarantees 13 hours per week with the opportunity to choose the below working patterns:
Working every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 08:30 – 12:30 & 13:30 – 16:00 hours
Week 1, working Saturday and Sunday; 08:30 – 12:30 & 13:30 – 16:00 hours
Week 2, working Thursday and Friday; 08:30 – 12:30 & 13:30 – 16:00 hours
With either option, additional hours may be available to cover colleagues taking leave.
As a calm and highly efficient multitasker with excellent customer service being your number one priority; your empathy with the needs of older people and excellent communication and organisation skills will be warmly welcomed as an essential part of the role.
Passionate about ensuring residents can live as independently as they wish in their own homes; you will be happy working closely and effectively with clients, relatives and external care delivery persons.
This rewarding role would suit a capable administrator with basic IT skills. Ideally holding an SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification; or be prepared to achieve this through training whilst meeting the requirements of the SSSC within regulatory timescales.
