We’re looking for an experienced professional to provide a full Workforce Development and Management service that will directly contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives.
You’ll oversee an efficient and effective Learning and Development service, taking charge of the development, implementation and management of our Workforce Development Strategy. You’ll provide a first class service to our staff, helping them to grow and perform through the promotion of a learning culture.
You’ll work closely with our senior management team to assess Organisational Capability and you’ll be comfortable managing budgets and processes, including annual performance reviews, SSSC registrations and delivery of training. But, above all, you’ll be expected to build long-term, high quality relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, supporting all of our staff through our ongoing restructure whilst maintaining our Investors in People accreditation You’ll be a graduate (or equivalent), with graduate membership of the CIPD. You’ll have at least five years’ experience in a similar management role. It goes without saying your communication skills will be first class, but you’ll also have current knowledge of Workforce Development and skills in best practice application.
