Wendy joined Hanover in August 2021 and has been Director of Business Support and Transformation since May 2022. Wendy has 15 years’ experience in transformation and change roles within the manufacturing sector, and a further 17 years’ experience in the RSL sector, focusing on strategic governance and driving business and digital transformation. Wendy has extensive experience in leadership roles, and currently leads teams in Communication, Risk, Governance & Assurance, Performance and Transformation, Customer Experience, People & Organisational Development (OD) and Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
Wendy took on the role of Chair of the Governance Forum for the Scottish Federation of Housing Association (SFHA) in 2025, having been vice-chair for the last 3 years.
