Our Commitment to Menopause Inclusivity

As part of our five-year plan and ongoing wellbeing initiative, we are proud to be working towards becoming a Menopause Friendly Accredited Organisation. This forms a key part of our commitment to creating a workplace where every colleague feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.

We recognise that menopause is a natural stage of life that can affect people in different ways, and we are dedicated to fostering an open, understanding, and inclusive culture where menopause is no longer a taboo topic.

Through increased awareness, education, and practical support — including flexible working options, access to quiet spaces, and relevant training for colleagues and managers — we aim to ensure that everyone experiencing menopause feels respected, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.

Achieving this accreditation will mark an important milestone in our journey to enhance colleague wellbeing and demonstrate our continued dedication to building a truly inclusive workplace for all.
