William Turner Court, Locharbriggs

William Turner Court is situated in the centre of Locharbriggs, just an eight minute drive from Dumfries town centre and under an hour from Carlisle.

Locharbriggs was initially a village in its own right but has now expanded and merged with the north west of Dumfries. There’s a bus stop located very close to the development, which is located just off Knowehead Road, with regular services to Dumfries town centre, and there’s also a post office, cafes and shops within walking distance.

The development itself is made up of just 25 one-bedroomed flats, situated over three levels – the upper floors of which are served by a lift for ease of access.

A Sheltered Housing Manager lives on site and is available from Monday to Friday to help out in an emergency and to look after the day-to-day administration of the development.
