On Tuesday 30 April, our Linkwood View development was abuzz with excitement as Hanover hosted its first-ever Spotlight Awards event in the north for 2024. The event was dedicated to celebrating the incredible talent and hard work of some of Hanover’s employees, recognising their dedication and contributions to the organisation.
From innovative project leaders to compassionate care providers, the Spotlight Awards recognised a wide array of talents and skills. Each award recipient was celebrated for their unique contributions, illustrating the diversity and excellence within Hanover and the commitment to our values shown by our colleagues. The ceremony served as a reminder of the power of teamwork and the importance of acknowledging those who excel in their roles.
Angela Currie, CEO, presented the awards and gift cards to the eight deserving winners. With three sadly unable to attend, there were 11 winners in the north area.
There were also delicious home bakes on hand, provided by a Hanover colleague who cooks at our Linn Coort development. The peanut butter rocky road was apparently a particular hit!
