As the new financial year begins, housing services are under greater threat than ever before due to the challenging financial position of local authorities and this has resulted in many being cut or reduced.
The paper underscores how these services support people across all tenures, ensuring they stay safe, well, and connected to their communities and the preventative nature of the work reduces the demands on health and social care services.
