Customer involvement is key to how we can keep improving our services at Hanover🏠

Whether you’re joining a Tenant Focus Groups, helping shape the Grapevine newsletter, or taking part in customer surveys – your input helps us improve the homes and services we provide.

From local social activities to national forums, there are plenty of ways for everyone to get involved. Right now, we’re making it even easier to share your thoughts with our Pulse Survey.

Some of you may have already received a call, but the survey runs until the 31st July. If you do receive a call, we’d love to hear your views to help shape the future of Hanover.
