Your Opinion Matters – Customer Satisfaction Pulse Survey

At Hanover, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. That’s why we are running a Pulse Survey to better understand how our customers feel about their homes, repairs, opportunities to get involved, and other aspects of our service.

Between now and the end of October 2025, some residents will be randomly selected to take part in a short telephone survey. The calls will be carried out by a trusted research company called Research Resource.
