Banktop Court is purpose built housing with care development in partnership with Renfrewshire Council. The development is located within easy reach of the centre of Johnstone and local shopping areas.

The local train station is within 10 minutes walk and there are bus stops nearby.The development has a mix of 14 two bedroom flats, two specialist two-bedroom wheelchair flats and nine one bedroom flats. These are spread over two floors with a lift. There are staff on site 24 hours a day, seven days per week to provide care and assistance to residents.

Heating is provided by a communal boiler with all flats equipped with underfloor heating systems. There are lounges on both floors of the development as well as one within the dementia wing.
