“There’s nothing quite like seeing  the sun rise over Malaya from the deck of an aircraft carrier.

“I grew up in London but spent 17 years travelling the world with the navy. My wife and I then moved to Inverness – but we never stopped travelling. After retiring we bought a campervan and toured the UK. When we decided to settle down we found a Hanover development in a wonderful location.

“I really feel part of the community and am involved with the community council.  It’s good to be surrounded by interesting people and it’s easy for us to travel to see our family. I had a major operation 10 years ago but I’m not letting that stop me from living my life.“
